All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices include any GST applicable to the sale.

We may change prices for future purchases without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Where a pricing or listing error is identified, we will address the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable pricing requirements.
We do not apply payment-card surcharges prohibited under Australian law.

Once production has commenced, change-of-mind cancellations may be restricted in accordance with the individual commission agreement and applicable law.

Because commissioned jewellery is individually produced, an identical replacement may not always be available.

Australian Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.
Orders of AU$100 or more: Complimentary standard tracked shipping Australia-wide.

Processing and Dispatch
Ready-to-ship jewellery is generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
For commissioned or made-to-order pieces, preparation and dispatch times will be confirmed individually.
Delivery
Orders are shipped using Australia Post or another suitable Australian delivery service.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier's network. Regional and remote areas may require additional time.

Cleaning Your Jewellery
Routine cleaning
After wearing, gently wipe your necklace with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove surface oils, perspiration and residue.
For more persistent marks, use a cloth very lightly dampened with clean water, where suitable for the materials. Dry immediately and thoroughly.
Do not immerse the necklace in water.
Avoid commercial jewellery cleaning solutions, chemical dips, abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, ultrasonic cleaners and steam-cleaning equipment unless their suitability for the particular materials has been professionally confirmed.
Pearls and glass beads
Engineered pearls, glass pearls and decorative coated beads should be cleaned gently using a soft, dry cloth.
