At Collane con Passione, each necklace is individually designed and handcrafted in Queensland, Australia. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently deliver exclusively within Australia. Orders over AUD 100: Complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide.
Orders of AUD 100 or less: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped using a reliable Australian postal or courier service.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. As our jewellery is handcrafted, any additional preparation time required for a particular piece will be communicated to the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping provider. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking and Delivery

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Collane con Passione, each necklace is individually designed and handcrafted with careful attention to materials, composition and finish. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
This policy explains how returns, refunds and repairs are managed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Our jewellery comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement, where a replacement is reasonably available. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product has a minor problem, we are entitled to provide a suitable remedy, such as a repair, within a reasonable time. Further remedies may be available if the problem cannot be resolved appropriately.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your statutory consumer rights.
Change-of-Mind Purchases
As our jewellery is individually handcrafted, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes circumstances where you decide an item is no longer suitable for your personal preferences.
You may change your mind about the colour, style or design. You may order an incorrect length or size despite the measurements being accurately described. You may no longer wish to keep the item.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is materially different from its description, please contact us. We may request photographs, your order details and a description of the issue to help us assess the matter.
An appropriate remedy may include repairing the jewellery, providing a replacement where reasonably available, issuing a full or partial refund, or providing another remedy required by law. We assess each matter individually and in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees.
One-of-a-Kind Jewellery
Many Collane con Passione necklaces are singular designs and cannot be reproduced identically. Where a replacement is not reasonably available, we will discuss the appropriate remedy with you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Your statutory rights to a refund or other remedy are not affected by the one-of-a-kind nature of the jewellery.
Minor faults and repairs
Where jewellery has a minor fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Collane con Passione may arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. If we cannot remedy a minor fault within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to further remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your jewellery is faulty, damaged or different from the item ordered, please contact Collane con Passione using the Contact page on our website.

Refund processing

General Care
To preserve the appearance and condition of your necklace:
Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, cosmetics and household chemicals. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, bathing or exercising. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat and direct sunlight.
Handle necklaces gently, particularly those featuring delicate beads, hand-linked components or removable pendants. Avoid pulling, twisting or placing excessive tension on chains, clasps and connections. We recommend putting on your jewellery after applying cosmetics, perfumes and skincare products.
Cleaning Your Jewellery
Glass Beads and Engineered Pearls
Gently wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after wearing. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaning products, ultrasonic cleaners and chemical jewellery solutions.
Natural Gemstones
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Natural gemstones vary in hardness, porosity and sensitivity to moisture and chemicals. Avoid immersing gemstone necklaces in water unless the cleaning method is specifically suitable for the materials concerned.
Storage
Metal Components and Hand-Linked Chains
Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid abrasive polishing compounds, chemical cleaning solutions and prolonged moisture exposure, particularly on gold-plated, silver-plated and other coated metal components.
Plated finishes may gradually change with wear and contact with the skin, moisture or chemicals.
Store necklaces individually in a clean, dry environment, preferably in a soft jewellery pouch or lined jewellery box.
To prevent tangling, scratching or damage
Keep necklaces separate from other jewellery.
Avoid placing heavy objects on beads or decorative components.
Store long necklaces loosely arranged rather than tightly coiled.
Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight, humidity and excessive heat.

Repairs and Damage

Necklaces may contain small beads, clasps, pendants and other components that could present a choking hazard if detached or swallowed.
Keep all jewellery and packaging out of reach of infants, young children and pets.
Jewellery is not a toy and should not be given to children for play.
Breakage and Sharp Edges
Glass, gemstone and other decorative components may chip, crack or break if dropped or subjected to impact.
Discontinue use immediately if a necklace develops broken beads, exposed wire, sharp edges, loose fittings or damaged clasps.
Entanglement and Strangulation Risks

Skin Sensitivities

Magnetic Clasps

By accessing this website or purchasing products through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under Australian law.

Our jewellery
Collane con Passione specialises in individually designed and handcrafted necklaces. Our jewellery may incorporate natural gemstones, glass beads, engineered pearls, crystals, vintage components and metal findings. Due to the individual nature of our designs, some pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities.
Natural gemstones and handcrafted components may have variations in colour, texture, shape and finish. Product measurements are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Slight differences arising from the handmade nature of a piece are not necessarily defects.

Pricing and currency
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices are displayed as the applicable selling price in accordance with Australian consumer law. Collane con Passione is not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
GST is therefore not separately charged. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before an order is finalised. Prices may be amended from time to time.
Changes will not affect orders already accepted at an agreed price, unless otherwise agreed with you or permitted by law.
Orders and availability
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected jewellery at the price displayed during checkout. Following successful checkout, an order confirmation will be provided. Your order is accepted when Collane con Passione confirms it or dispatches the jewellery.
As many pieces are individually designed or available in limited quantities, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange a full refund of any amount paid for the unavailable item. We reserve the right to decline an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, inability to fulfil an order or an obvious listing error, subject to applicable law.
Payments
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed through the secure payment services integrated with our Wix website. Collane con Passione does not independently collect or store your complete credit card details through the website.
Orders will generally be prepared for dispatch once payment has been successfully received. Any applicable payment charges will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Collane con Passione as soon as possible. Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to accommodate the cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, requests to return the jewellery will be considered in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping and delivery
Collane con Passione currently ships exclusively within Australia. Complimentary standard shipping is provided on orders over AUD 100. For orders of AUD 100 or less, applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days following receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Refunds, returns and consumer guarantees
All jewellery sold by Collane con Passione is subject to applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
